1. Availability & Booking

All photography packages are subject to availability. To confirm your booking, an advance retainer 40% is required. This payment ensures your date is secured, as we operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Without the retainer, your booking is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Terms

- 80% of the total package cost must be paid after 7 days of the event. 

- The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final album and videos.

- We request timely payments to avoid follow-up reminders, as we believe in keeping all dealings straightforward.

3. Power Supply & Accommodation

Clients are responsible for arranging power supply at the venue for our lighting setup. Additionally, if required, accommodations for the team must be provided by the client.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Memory Photography retains full copyright over all images and video footage. We may use select images/videos on our website and social media to showcase our work, but these will not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties. 

5. Customized Packages

We offer a variety of packages tailored to different preferences and budgets, ensuring top-quality service in every option. Custom packages are also available to suit specific needs.
